Driveways and parking areas:Customer warrants that any access/location provided for Contractor’s equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Planks should be placed under container to reduce risk of driveway damage. No claims may be made against PBO. for any damages resulting to driveways, underground services such as cables, drainage, trees, lawns and shrubbery.

Once placed the bin must not be moved.

The client shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained in respect of the equipment delivered, including fire damage.

Do not over load beyond the edge of the bin. Front end load container covers must be able to close.

If for any reason we cannot remove our container and we have to make another trip there will be a minimum $50.00 dry run fee. (Fee varies by location.)

All bins supplied by PBO remain the property of PBO. By Hiring the bin you give PBO authority to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim our containers.

PBO shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from waste removal services on either public or private property during the usual course of business operations.

The disposal of shingles is only authorized in 4 Cubic Yard containers. Additional fees apply to containers with shingles. This bin has maximum capacity for about 45 bundles. When disposing of shingles, they must be the only waste in the bin.

PBO reserves the right to charge back to the customer any handling charges related to overfilled bins and the disposal of prohibited materials listed on our website. Please read our FAQ page.

Use of this website and or ordering of bins deems that you have read, understand and agree with the terms and conditions of trade.

Payment and Fees:I understand that full payment for services will be billed to the credit card number I have authorized for use by PBO. Full Payment for incidental, additional or miscellaneous charges will be billed to the same credit card.

Scheduling:All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their containers. All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster. All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster is not overloaded.
